Why I Built SimpliTake

I started SimpliTake LLC to create a simple, practical PDF takeoff tool for contractors like me, general contractors and subcontractors who don’t need all the advanced features of bigger programs. There are many excellent full featured programs available for those who need advanced capabilities. This tool is designed as a straightforward markup and takeoff aid, focused on the essentials most of us actually use every day.

I wanted a simple, honest tool that does exactly what a contractor needs. So I built SimpliTake in my limited spare time.
